Bryan has my heart just fyi ;)

So it has been close to two months since I saw Bryan last. Oh how I miss him. He is my best friend and my love. I tend to be spending most of my free time on Skype with him being silly, talking and playing checkers. My new favorite part of the day is when I get to cuddle up in my bed and read scriptures with Bry before I go to sleep. I get to see him Thanksgiving week and I CANNOT WAIT! He submitted his mission papers about 2ish weeks ago and I am so proud of him. I cannot wait to hear where he goes and I know that he will be an AMAZING missionary. I could not imagine anyone stronger (in all aspects) than he is, but I know that with a mission he will grow into someone even more incredible than he already is.

Tomato Gardening- August 10th, 2010

Tuesday I got up early to go to Bryan's house. We were supposed to do a early morning breakfast double date with one of his friends, but plans ended up falling through. We took a little nap and then got up and started working on the tomatoes in their back yard. I had fun clipping the plants back and picking the tomatoes with Bryan. After he took me to my doctors appointment and then later in the day we went to his doctors appointment. We headed back to his house after and ended up taking down some lights in their backyard for my roommate Crystal's wedding. I tried pushing Bryan into the pool, but he ended up just jumping into the pool with me. I was soaking wet and we ended up going home after. I put my clothes in a plastic bag....and I dont know what happened to them!

The Lake & KFC- August 9th, 2010

On Monday I went to the lake with Bryan's family and their family friends. I attempted to knee bored for the first time and failed miserably! Oh well maybe I'll do better another time around. The lake was really pretty and it was the perfect temperature outside. After we were done on the boat we headed back to the picnic area, and ate KFC for dinner. There was tons of meat bees and wasps trying to attack our food. Bryan's sister Tia got stung on the top of her mouth by one that had flown into her soda! Despite the bees it was a fun evening!

Checkers for Breakfast- August 8th, 2010

Yesterday morning Byran and I woke up got on Skype and ended up playing a game of checkers. He beat me about 5 times and I was determined to win. Finally the last game we played yesterday I won! I was soooo excited that I had to document my victory! I did not get to hang out with Bryan yesterday, but I did have a lot of fun talking with him and playing checkers. So here is my victory photo and Bryan's sad looser face!

Cupcakes & Worms- August 7, 2010

On the 7th I went over to Bryan's house and his mom had a cupcake cookbook out on the counter in the kitchen. I started to look through it and found tons of adorable cupcakes to make in it. After taking a little nap on their hammock in the back yard, Bryan and I decided we wanted to make cupcakes. We then remembered the little dirt cups with the pudding Oreos and gummy worms in them and started to debate if we wanted to make those instead. We decided we wanted to make both so we used pudding instead of frosting and put Oreos on top of that.
It was his niece Brenna's 3rd birthday so we made her and her sisters little versions of the cupcakes and brought them over to their house! The cupcakes turned out yummy as well as cute and the girls seemed to enjoy them.

Turtle Kisses- August 6, 2010

This is Gloopy. A little bobble head turtle I got in Mexico on a cruise when I was 8. Bryan and I always joke around and say Gloopy is our child due to a dream I had a while back. I was at Bryan's appartment in their hammock and I ended up falling asleep and talking to Bryan. In my dream Bryan kept giving birth to Mexican turtle babies through his belly button and would take them to Mexico. In my dream I was very frustrated because they were the children of his ex girlfriend.

So there is the background information, but there isn't much more to the picture. We were just goofin around being silly and I kept making him kiss Gloopy.

Fresh Start- Dirt Pirates August 4, 2010

Well I am going to attempt once again my 365 days in a photograph : ) Bryan is back in town from Utah from his family reunion which I am way happy about. Yesterday I spent the day at his house and we started to detail his dads Ford truck. There was a giant cricket stuck in the headlight which was pretty nasty and Bryan and I crawled under the truck to clean the inside of the tire rims. It was a pretty fun day. Later we went to go pick up his dad at work who ended up needing to go to another hospital to help out with a hip surgery. Bryan and I waited around for a while to see if he got done fairly soon. We ended up walking into the hospital bear foot to get some water and wash our dirty hands from cleaning the truck. Later we went back to his house and ate some chicken dumplings that his mommy made. Way yummy. We ate out in the back yard under candle light thanks to his mommy! Such a great day!

Epic Fail

I have failled keeping up with this photo a day thing. Maybe I will start up when Bryan gets back in town.... or today... we will see what I am feeling like.

No Pic- July 13, 2010

So yesterday I failed at taking a picture. Yesterday was a good day to take them too. I guess I will have to steal a photo to document the day, because yesterday there was a huge chemical fire not far out of Rexburg and so the sky was BEAUTIFUL. Orange and pink and purple! The sky was really smokey looking, but as the sun was beginning to set the sky looked amazing! It was something I will never forget. It actually really reminds me of a graffiti painting Bryan is working on.

Okay so I guess it is not a complete lie. I did take a photo of Bryan yesterday....however.... my memory chip was not in my camera. Yesterday we made mushroom and garlic butter penne pasta with green beans and french bread. The bread was not cooking fast enough for Bryan's liking, so I told him to put it on broil, but to watch it closely... he completely forgot about the bread of course and so it caught on fire. It was completly charcoled and so I took a pic of him with the bread.

Maybe I can steal a pic from the days event and post them later. Who knows. I will get better about this photo journal I promise : )

July 12, 2010- Pudding Fight

Well I decided to start a photo journal today. I dont really know why but I have decided to commit to taking at least one photo a day for 365 days. Well see how it goes but I decided to start on it right away.

So todays photo is of Bryan Thomas and I. We had lunch at the cross roads today at BYU-Idaho. He had Chinese food for lunch and I had a taco salad. After we were finished eating Bryan wanted to get a second Gatorade. When we walked over I saw some pudding that looked quiet delectable. When we sat down and I began to eat my pudding I noticed there was a ton of wipped cream in it. I asked him what he would do if I threw it on him and it turned into a pudding/whipped cream fight. Everyone was staring at us and getting annoyed so we decided to hold off untill we got outside.

I always have lots of fun with Bryan. We are sooooooooooooo nerdy/dorky together it it wonderful! I am sure there will be plenty of pics to come of the weird and crazy things that are bound to happen with us.
