Our Relationship

Well I wanted to post this on my pintrest but I could not find it online so tada here it is! Pretty much sums up how I feel about my relationship with Bryan. He is honestly my best friend and other half. Letters from him tomorrow : ) (well hopefully at least)

Scones & Wisdom Teeth

Yesterday I made some very delicious scones courtesy of THIS website. I altered the recipe just a bit due to the fact I was missing a few ingredients but they turned out tasty. The first batch turned out a bit burnt on the bottom but the second turned out perfect : ) Well I was planning on posting up a photo, but my computer is currently not reading my memory card... so I guess that will go up later. Anywhos my roommates  loved the scones and ate them up.

Today I got my wisdom teeth pulled. It actually went a lot smoother than I thought it would! I was pretty dang high... most of the day I slept... and when I was awake I don't really remember it. Before I fell asleep to get my teeth pulled at I was really nervouse and worried I was going to be in a lot of pain after. I was REALLY wishing that Bryan was there with me, which obviously was not an option. When they started working on getting the IV in my arm Is This Love by Bob Marley came on. When Bry and I fist started dating he made this song my ring tone when I called him. When I asked him one day if he had a ring tone for me he was WAY embarrassed to let me know. Anyways the song calmed me right down and stopped the small tears that were escaping from my eyes.  Here is a video of myself in the car when Josh picked me up.

 

The lovely Miss Becca came by with lots of goodies for me to eat which was extremely nice of her and really made my day : ) It is going to be such a blast rooming with her again in the fall!  I have really been blessed today for not being in a lot of pain and for having a great friend and roomies to take care of me! Thanks Heavenly Father : ) You are awesome! 

Catfish

So today I watched Catfish with the ever so lovely Miss Katie. Really gets you thinking about who you are friends with on Facebook. If I havent talked to someone in a few months on facebook they usually get deleted... unless I have known them for a long time. One of my ex boyfriends actually stalked me on facebook when I thought he hadn't been using his account. I'm sure we all know who that was haha. Oh Katie and I made tacos tonight : ) Ohhh they were sooo yummy. I am just up now trying to not be so pathetic.
It's hard only being able to communicate with Bryan via snail mail. I sent off letters #35-40 yesterday. Yes that's right 40 letters. It's been 2 weeks since I last got a letter from him. I really should move on with my life a little faster. It's hard missing my other half, but things will work out how they will.
Last couple day's I have been fighting off blowing all my money on clothes. I would regret it as soon as I did it, but I have just been in such a shopping mood. I will be most likely be going to school next semester so I need to save EVERYTHING I can now. No scholarships or grants if I go to school in the spring, but if I am careful I can make it work. : ) I have been spending the last couple hours listening to pandora, link tripping on stumble upon and editing photos on picknic.com.
Work tomorrow from 12-5 and then monday will be fun running around town taking pictures with the ever so lovely Josh, who's friend just so happens to be companions with Bryan. It will be a good Mondy.

Inspiration to Write aka I love Becca

So the oh so lovely Miss Becca Miller made a blog and it inspired me to start updating mine again : ) Even though she is about the only one to read it. So here I am suck in Idaho and she is only 67.8 miles away from the love of my life aka Bryan, who is currently on his mission in Denver (Yes Becca I map quested the distance haha) One day I may just send her on an adventure to stalk him... or send myself on an adventure to stalk him and maybe visit her. Haha I kid I kid. I do really miss my Becca boo. We must be roomates again this fall semester : )
So anyway this is a photo of Bry at the MTC with all his roomies. His companion is the one in the blue behind him. His name is Elder Green and is from non other than Rexburg Idaho. I guess they aren't companions anymore since Bryan flew out to Denver last monday, but Bry loved the time he had him for company.

So it has been close to two months since I saw Bryan last. Oh how I miss him. He is my best friend and my love. I tend to be spending most of my free time on Skype with him being silly, talking and playing checkers. My new favorite part of the day is when I get to cuddle up in my bed and read scriptures with Bry before I go to sleep. I get to see him Thanksgiving week and I CANNOT WAIT! He submitted his mission papers about 2ish weeks ago and I am so proud of him. I cannot wait to hear where he goes and I know that he will be an AMAZING missionary. I could not imagine anyone stronger (in all aspects) than he is, but I know that with a mission he will grow into someone even more incredible than he already is.

Tomato Gardening- August 10th, 2010

Tuesday I got up early to go to Bryan's house. We were supposed to do a early morning breakfast double date with one of his friends, but plans ended up falling through. We took a little nap and then got up and started working on the tomatoes in their back yard. I had fun clipping the plants back and picking the tomatoes with Bryan. After he took me to my doctors appointment and then later in the day we went to his doctors appointment. We headed back to his house after and ended up taking down some lights in their backyard for my roommate Crystal's wedding. I tried pushing Bryan into the pool, but he ended up just jumping into the pool with me. I was soaking wet and we ended up going home after. I put my clothes in a plastic bag....and I dont know what happened to them!

The Lake & KFC- August 9th, 2010

On Monday I went to the lake with Bryan's family and their family friends. I attempted to knee bored for the first time and failed miserably! Oh well maybe I'll do better another time around. The lake was really pretty and it was the perfect temperature outside. After we were done on the boat we headed back to the picnic area, and ate KFC for dinner. There was tons of meat bees and wasps trying to attack our food. Bryan's sister Tia got stung on the top of her mouth by one that had flown into her soda! Despite the bees it was a fun evening!
